IBM Moving Retirees to Health Insurance Exchange Plan

    I’m one of those 110,000. Dental and vision plans are gone, too. If I don’t buy health insurance, then I’m penalized $2,000 a year by the IRS. If I try to buy a plan like I had, including dental and vision, then my cost goes up by 300%. So, this is what the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) has done for me. What’s it doing for you?
