The Very Rich and the Very Poor: Two California Economies Head In Different Directions

Thanks to high taxes, bad regulations and the Nanny State, California has quickly moved to a two tier State.  We are either very rich, or very poor—the middle class is in Texas and North Dakota.  Really, can the middle class afford the homes, taxes, food and highest energy and water prices in the nation?
