California Energy Prices 39% HIGHER Than National Average

Add the 39% higher energy costs than the national average to the reason California will stay on a Depression for a generation.  We have the highest gas taxes—and they are still going up.  California has a real unemployment rate of 20% along with the implementation of AB 32, which is killing off the farms of our State.
