The California General Fund is $93 billion—of which we have an $18 billion cash
deficit.  But, the complete California budget, the total of funds spent, is $210
billion—with a real deficit of over $50 billion—which includes money owed the
schools, the money stolen from Trust Funds, funds owed the Feds for its loan to
pay unemployment checks, and more.
